As a coaching member of Ozark Figure Skating Club, I agree to participate in the following events for the length of time determined by the coaching coordinator. Full Coaches: Christmas Show; Jr Coaches: National Skate Event

I agree to show support for all activities and club events by ensuring my skaters are aware of upcoming events and encouraging my skaters and parents to participate in OFSC events.

I understand that coaches must communicate and implement the ice etiquette rules and expectations with their skaters.

I understand that coaches must model and abide by all ice etiquette rules and expectations when on the ice as a coach or as a skater.

In addition to completing your OFSC Membership on EntryEeze and submitting the Coach Agreement, Coach's must complete and send the following to The Jone's Center Skating Coordinator:

Learn to Skate Membership and Instructor Certification
Proof of Insurance
Safe Sport Certificate
CER Certificate
Complete Status on USFSA and Compliance Card
USFSA Compliance Card should also be emailed to OFSC's SkateSafe Compliance chair.
